Dr. Nick H.B. Dawkins is an executive leader, scholar-practitioner, and systems builder with more than two
decades of experience advancing educational excellence, organizational resilience, and community centered change across K–12 education, higher education, and nonprofit ecosystems.

Across his career, Dr. Dawkins has led at the intersection of academic performance, people strategy, and
equity-driven systems design, supporting schools and organizations through moments of growth,
complexity, and transformation. His leadership spans classroom instruction, school turnaround, network level executive roles, and cross-sector partnerships, with a consistent focus on improving outcomes for
students and communities historically excluded from opportunity.

Jacqueline Dawkins

COO and Founder

Jacqueline is a long time, innovative educator, supporting thousands of teachers and students in their educational and professional journeys. She has committed her life’s work of instilling a love of learning within all those she serves. She brings inventive and creative solutions to classrooms, schools and communities, coupled with strategic planning and systems implementation. Jacqueline understands the importance of human centered design and how through the lens of the user, true systematic change can occur. As a distinguished educator, Jacqueline has succeeded in creating equitable, fun, successful opportunities to everyone.

Alicia Boyard

Curriculum Specialist 

 

Alicia Boyard is an exceptional and experienced professional School Counselor with over two decades of service in middle school education, specializing in student support, school improvement, and social-emotional learning program development. She currently serves as a School Counselor at Turner Middle School in Douglas County, Georgia, where she provides individual and group counseling for students in grades 6–8, delivers classroom guidance lessons, and leads programs focused on college and career readiness, student wellness, and school transition support. 

Mrs. Boyard has held multiple leadership roles throughout her career, including Focus Team Leader, 21st Century Afterschool Program Site Director, and member of the School Leadership, Crisis, and School Improvement teams. She played a key role in the development and implementation of school improvement plans and helped lead initiatives that contributed to her school being removed from the state focus list. She is also the developer of student leadership and peer programs and has extensive experience coordinating parent engagement, registration, and transition programs for students moving from elementary to middle school and from middle school to high school. 

In addition to her work in schools, Mrs. Boyard serves as an independent contractor with Brightspan, LLC, where she develops social-emotional learning curriculum and provides support for customized educational programs. She has presented at school improvement conferences and professional trainings on topics including student safety, data-driven instruction, and child advocacy. 

Mrs. Boyard holds an Educational Specialist degree in Counseling Education from The University of Alabama, a Master of Arts in School Counseling and a Master of Social Work from Clark Atlanta University, and a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from Howard University. She is certified in School Counseling and School Social Work in the state of Georgia and is a member of the American School Counselor Association and the Georgia School Counselor Association. 

Her honors include the American School Counselor Association RAMP Award and Douglas County Middle School Counselor of the Year. She is passionate about helping students build confidence, resilience, and readiness for high school, college, and career success.
